The Video Creative Intern works as an integral part of the marketing team to support the firm’s overall brand strategy and marketing initiatives through development and coordination of the firm’s visual media.
This is a hands-on role, requiring an eager individual with video shooting and editing experience.

Marketing Intern

Interview students, faculty/staff and produce written/video stories, news releases and social media posts about applied learning, student life, research, activities, student profiles and trends happening at Wichita State, with the goal of promoting and advocating for the university, from small one-time projects to full university marketing campaigns.
Assist with editing news releases, newsletters and other copy. We follow the AP Style Guide, as well as WSU’s visual standards.
Take photos and video to accompany story content.
